Barkhetri College has issued a notification for the recruitment of 20 Assistant Professors, Laboratory Assistants and Laboratory Carriers.

1. Assistant Professor

Number of terms: 15

Number of posts: 04, UR-1, SC-01, UR (EWS) -1 and OBC / MOBC-1

Educational Qualifications:

(A) Assistant Professor: Office Memorandum AHE407 / 2017/44 dated 08.11.2018 as per Government as a condition of compulsory qualification including Net / SELT / SET. Candidates for Ph.D. Under the UGC (Minimum Values ​​and Procedures for Reward of PhD Degree) Rules, 2009, the degree will be exempted from the requirement of minimum qualification requirements for Net / SELT / SET.

Candidates must have a minimum of 55% marks (or equivalent grade point scale) at the postgraduate degree level in the relevant subject. SC / ST / PWD candidates can be given discount with 5% marks. 5% marks can be relaxed for PhD if the holders have obtained postgraduate degree before 19th September / 1991. Candidates have to qualify as per the last date of submission of application.

Eligibility like M.Phil / PhD / Seminar Papers / Publications can be acquired and submitted on the date of interview and not beyond.

(B) Laboratory Assistant: Graduate in any subject from any recognized University including Diploma or Certificate Course in Computer Application for a minimum period of three months.

(C) Laboratory Carrier: HSLC Passed from any recognized board.

Age: 

Candidates should not be more than 38 years of age as on 20.02.2011 with five years exemption for SC / ST /Barkhetri College has issued a notification for the recruitment of 20 Assistant Professors, Laboratory Assistants and Laboratory Carriers.

How to apply:

A) Candidates carrying Laboratory Assistant and Laboratory should apply in the prescribed format of Assam Government Part IX Standard Form along with all documents and testimonials.

There is no application fee for the posts of Laboratory Assistant and Laboratory Carrier.

- Candidates must have Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) and must know the local language.

- Candidates for the job must apply through proper channel with NOC obtained from the concerned authority.
